Why is wrong to hit women, but seems perfectly fine the other way around?

I couldn't agree more maurice, it's wrong how society views this. There have even been instances where a husband has been abused physically by his wife, but when he tried to report it the police laughed at him. If i'm being attacked, i don't give a damn who you are I will defend myself!
