If you were to write an editorial, which topics would you choose and why?

The continued difficulties of a woman's advancement in the work place. Employers seem to advance those women that fit a certain profile for their women in the work place numbers to be met, but those aren't necessarily qualified. Or they overload women and most recently use the economy as a reason for not being able to provide raises, while the gentlemen, three doors down just got a bonus and raisej while having less duties.
