I'm looking for a new cello.?

I am looking for a good cello for intermediate musicians. A used instrument would be fine if it is in good shape. I'm looking for something under $1200, but do not want to sacrifice quality. I was looking at the #620 Klaus Mueller Maestro but don't have any feel for it's quality beyond what I can read about it online. I am also looking for a good cello bow. Do you have any suggestions for either?
