Girls...are hco jeans really all that bad?

my gf always wears hollister laguna skinny jeans (size 0R if I'm not mistaken.) She loves them but she sometimes complains that they always need to be pulled up or that she has trouble sitting down cause of how tight they are. They are the right size, but it just seems like why put yourself through the trouble? I've watched her put them on and she'll lather lotion on her legs to get them onnn. So is she right about hco jeans?
