I'm getting really frustrated with the vibrato. (cello)?

I'm a cellist and I'm pretty advanced, except for the vibrato! I get really frustrated b/c I start ok but then I can t do it, and when I practice it, I keep doing it but it comes to such a point that my arm gets really tired and no vibrato comes out and my arm starts hurting. any advice?
