Should my husband modify his court order so that his son can live with us?

He pays child support and the court order has my husband getting him every other weekend, every other holiday and claim him on his taxes every other year. He has his own room here and siblings. Last year she was having a hard time paying daycare, my husband agreed to pay half of child care as well as child support as long as he could get him every other week. We later on found out the grandmother was paying her half and this was a verbal agreement she broke as soon as the state stepped in to pay child care and she claimed him on her taxes. On top of this it wasn't her year to claim him. So about 6 months ago she had to live with her mom we found out about 5 months ago and found out last week she owes daycare almost a grand. She's not getting a tax return for being penalized from last year. Now she wants him to pay 200$ for two months on top of child support and my step son will live with us for the two months. A verbal agreement would only be temporary and so we want to go to court and have him more. We want him two weeks out of the month and we want to pay half of child care and that's it. Do anyone have any legal advise for us?

I am a wine buyer and on a recent in depth tour/barrel tasting, a winemaker showed me a collection of products they use that concerned me a bit. The "collection" was a countertop in the lab full of powdered tannins meant to enhance the wines in various ways. I have been a huge fan of these folks wine for some time now but I feel uncomfortable about the idea of using a synthetic (?) additive to flavor the wine. It seems like most winemakers are hush hush on this subject if they use the powders at all. Are these powders controversial? It seems to me that if you aren't able to get the flavors from the barrel aging processes, then you shouldn't just add powdered american oak barrel tannins to your wine to make it taste as if you're a master. Although the wine was delicious, I left feeling lied to and cheated. ALSO, what is the deal with megapurple? Are winemakers using this g outside of large output commercial type wines? How can you find out if a winemaker is using either one of these products?

Springs do weaken over time, especially when stretched to capacity. uming you currently have less than five springs, I would just add a spring or two, then go through the tuning exercise again. I just ordered my credit report and score from equifax. My credit score is only 555. I have been doing very good paying ALL of my bills on time for at least the last year. On my report, under negative accounts, there are three things listed :$408 cable bill, $146 cable bills (reported 2006) and a finance company that says paid 31-60 under account status (with zero balance). Under revolving account, I have 1 credit card with $200 limit and $170 balance. I know this is high, but I just opened the card in December and haven't made the paymeny yet. Is there any way to resurrect my flash disk?

What can i do to bring my flash disk back to normal. Of late it cannot save anything without corrupting and therefore making the file unusable. I cannot save any multimedia or programs inside the flash disk. The only things that seem to survive are word doents and pdf files...everything else is corrupted. And i always disconnect the flash drive safely, so its not a problem caused by improper disconnection.

Hello.. my sister tried to commit suicide 2 days ago.She is 15 and has been depressed for the last 5 years now. For these last five years she hasnt been able to live her life at all.She never goes outside because she is afraid to.The worst thing is she cant talk to people besides my family.She freezes when people say anything to her.She has no friends because of this.I'm 18 and am the eldest in the family.I have 2 other sisters aged 12 and 17.This whole ordeal has broken our hearts.My Dad exspecially.She was always my dads favourite.She took an overdose on my dads Xanax tablets. She took over 50 altogether within 2 days.She kept walking around that sunday when she wasnt asleep( which was basically the whole day) falling around the place and being very dozy and talking wierd.I thought she was looking for attention first.When we did find out what she did, we rang the ambulance and she was brought to hospital.She was in there for 2 days and now she is out. I dont feel she should be out.One of the reasons she tried to kill herself was because school was around the corner and she was getting her results from this huge exam. I was talking to her today and she told me the main reason she tried to kill herself was because she lost her faith in God.I quote her sayng "Sarah you dont know how hard that is to feel like your faith is gone". Along with the over 50 Xanax tablets she took, she also drank 2 cans of beer. When me and my sister asked her what made her think of the cans she said because Alcohol would speed up eveything. When i asked her about what made her think of the zanix she said "Heath Ledger took them" with a wideface expression.Like this whole thing meant nothing. Im really scared. She's only 15! She's had such a hard life already.She's stunning,intelligent and the most kindhearted person you will ever meet.I love her so much. Well stop-leak additive will definately slow the leak (won't fix it) but you should know that it's a much higher thickness/viscosity than normal radiator solution and if it's leaking on the exhaust manifold it's going to produce a much darker cloud of smoke and on top of that it will smell awful. I have been sooo stressed lately about my grades! I'm never hungry (even though I normally love food), I never really want to do much of anything, and the only thing that I ever do want to do is sleep for hours because when I'm asleep I obviously can't think about my problems. I've even thought about suicide, although I don't think I could actually bring myself to follow through with it... Anyway, I am 15 and a sopre in high school. My school has parent-teacher conferences a week from today, and since the first quarter is now officially over, there is nothing that I can do to improve my grades before then. My parents expect all a's, even though most of my cles are honors or ap, and I am sure they will be furious once they see my report card. My mom is controlling me, what should I do?

Hi I'm 13 years old now and presumably I can take care of myself and have my own ideas. My mom on the other hand is always trying to control me, and making me become the person she wants me to become. I know, if it's about learning and education, well, that's a parent's job. But my mom wants to change other things, such as, she wants me to have the personality she wants me to have, she wants me to have the hairstyle she wants me to have, she wants me to think the way she wants me to think, and so on. If you don't get what I'm saying, take a look here. Two examples of events happened in the past. First, mom had me take a personality quiz. The results did not turn out the way she wanted them to be. Subsequently, me being grounded and mom becoming angry. Second, I'm in seventh grade. I do my hair myself. Mom wants to do my hair. I refuse. Subsequently, me being grounded and eventually surrendering, and shouting mom becoming very, very angry. Then mom did my hair. Two drastically high pigtails with a hideous pink barrette spelling 'B-A-R-B-I-E' (you know what that is) presumably excavated from my mountainous junkyard of ancient long forgotten knick-knacks from my former toddlerhood, not possibly for a seventh grader? Ugh, then I had a headache. The pigtails were hideously tight, just as they were drastically high. Gee, can't anyone help me? I'm heading into this dead end sort of thing where it's 'on your left there's something bad and on your right there is also something horrible'. I'm on holiday right now and yes, JEOPARDY!--you're certainly correct, don't you think I would love to wear this lovely new hairstyle back to school and show it off in front of everyone saying 'hey, look at my fabulous new hairdo!'. Me and a few friend were biking around my street yesterday and one of my friends tried to jump a curb but jumped way to early and fell backwards with her bike on the concrete really hard and she wasnt wearing a helmet. My friend couldnt move at all, and was very dizzy, she told me not to call an ambulance but i called one anyway. When the paramedics arrived my friend was unconcious, an wasnt responding! She had to be rushed to the hospital! My other friends and I were very concerned and couldnt sleep at all. Were so worried for her. She is currently in the hospital with severe blunt head trama and a spinal fracture. Is she going to be ok? could she die? Will she ever be the same? Pierced Ear 2day? then I mest. Will it infect?

I got my ears pierced 2day. They used a gun and pierced both ears. It went realy smoothly. My sister told me my ear piercings looked gay so i bought these silver ones. Then when i put one on my left ear she said it looked gayer and to change it back to the one i had before. I tried to put it back but could not get it all the way through. It took me about 20 mins of poking the inside of my ear with the earing. I wiped it down with peroxide. Will it get infected. I had to foce the piearing realy bad just to get it through. My ear was realy red after. I am puting this ear care antiseptic for ear piercing on it. I'm realy worried.

Well... she's 22 years of age right now... she's been doin heroin since she was 14 with no intention to stop ( that i know of) . She's been hospitalized in the past ( claims she died once and had an out of body experience) but thats when she said she use to abuse it and just do ti for the high. Now she says she can't stop because if she does she'll get sick. I've noticed she doesn't do it just cuz she wants to get high she'll do it cuz she's in so much pain. I'm not a 100% sure about the 88 but most all of the newer ford full size is Dana 44 or the cheap copy that they sometimes use with the weak wheel bearings. I think the 88 has a 9 inch ford rear diff. I think that was the most common heavy duty rear end used at that time and the Bauer's always used the heaviest one available. i think it was the early 90's when ford went to the Dana 44 for all 3/4 tons or bigger and now they use Dana's for all full sized trucks. Not always the 44, but some of the lighter ones as well, depending on the package.

What color crib should I get for my baby girl?

My husband and I are sharing a room with our baby girl. The room is pretty big so we kinda divided it down the middle with our stuff on one side and hers on the other. She is outgrowing her pack n play (which is like a binett with an attatched changing table thing) so for christmas I want to buy her a crib and changing table. The problem is that all of our furniture is black, and as much as I would like all of the furniture in the room to be the same color all of the baby's bedding/decor is pastel pink and green and I'm afaid black furniture may be too harsh against pastels. I can't decide if i should just get black or wood... someone already suggested espresso but I think it would just look like faded black next to the rest of the furniture so if I do wood i would get a warm medium brown. Absolutely NOT! I can't believe someone would recommend that. The Endeavor is especailly sensitive to fuel. Not only should you NOT run E-85, but you should use premium. The 3.8L has many ways to retard timing, but low grade fuel will still cause significant spark knock. E-85 would be a disaster and void your warranty.

I have had a lot of school and place changes in my life. Everytime I changed my school I saw the people around me in school. Chose the group I thought was kinda popular, acted as if I was like them and very easily became their friends and then gradually their best friends. Most of the times even became the most important person of that group. But when I achieved what I wanted to achieve I felt very low and stupid. It seemed such a waste to change myself just to get friends. My suggestion would be to remain yourself and be joyful about it. If you are happy with yourself you should never change. It started when I was young, mainly learning from my father, he was a big joker/prankster/funnyman. However, over the years my laughter was brought on by the adversity of others. I wasnt a bully or anything, just an hole. Always had tons of friends, but was just an to them. Then when I got to high school it got competative. Now Im competing to be the bigger hole in an even larger group of . Soon college came around it became even worse. By that time I was loosing friends as fast I as I could gain them. I felt invincible for no matter who or what I put down, I was going nowhere but up. Now things arent so great in life, im kind of in a slump, so.....what is my first instinct....keep it going, keep pressing ons, show em that you dont care and never will. You are an and proud of it. Today I pushed the 3rd woman of 2009 out of my life completely, I found a great opprotunity to opt of ever talking to her again when she made a comment that could have been construed as rude...so what I played it off as if I was deeply offended, and what did I do....I was my normal self....get a lil crazy, go for the jugular, say the worst possible things and keep it going till she is convinced you are not the same person she met before. Why do I do this? Ive done it with every woman in life, even close non-ual girlfriends, guy friends, acquiatances, so on and so forth. I cant seem to stop. Its like there are deepy routed problems below the surface of my holalism. HELP ME and please no religious crap I went to Catholic School for 12yrs and I dont need anymore Chesters telling me how to live.

Need Christian married couple advice!!!!?

My husband and I have been married for a year now. I was pregnant when we got married so we now have a 7 month old son. My husband has a very demanding job and is gone MOST of the time. We have no family where we live so we hardly ever get alone time together without our son. Life is extremely stressful right now and we argue most of the time. We say things that hurt one another but always apologize afterward but that doesn't take away the damage done. He now says things to me that he never said before ... things i'd rather not mention, horribly disrespectful mean things. I know he doesn't mean the things he says and is speaking out of emotion but it still hurts!! I've tried talking to him about possibly getting a different job so that we can have more family time together but that isn't even an option right now. We are both terribly miserable with life and marriage but still are crazy in love! My husband is actually a counselor and i don't feel that we need marriage counseling but all the bickering and name calling and throwing divorce up in the air has to STOP!! I am just starting to get into candle making. I am discovering that it is expensive especially when it comes to buying wax for melting and molding. The worst thing to happen to me in a long time?

So i broke up with my ex a few months ago. I wasn't in love with her but still sucks being alone after 3 and a half years w/e. I have had more deep insightful conversations with her as well in the past few months then the entire relationship I was previously in. I'm starting to think to myself maybe she's not completely ? One night we were in my bedroom I wanted her to see "Cannibal the musical" because it's pretty funny if your into movies by the makers of south park and were watching it or whatever just got back from some bar where it was one dollar beer night. So basically I'm smashed(but I have a low tolerance anyway) She had just a bit less then me but I think drinks more often then I do. Were both in my bed watching the movie getting kind of tired so I turn it off. So she's sleeping over and we both have a shirt on and are in our underwear for bottoms. She's in my bed and I'm drunk enough to not have any fear to say anything(although with her even sober I can completely speak my mind unlike with anybody remotely judgmental) So our conversation in the dark with the t.v. off lying on the bed under the covers moves towards ual experiences. Parent-child relationships?

My mother was the younger sibling of two (she had an older sister 6 years older than her) and i find she gives my younger sister the preferential treatment (shes 5 and 1/2 years younger than me) despite her continued denials of this. i was wondering if perhaps this is some sort of subconscious thing. whenever we (my sis and i) get in an argument she always backs her up, and im always at fault, even if she did something wrong. my mother and her older sis never had a good relationship, and my sis and i dont like each other very much either. is it possible that subconsciously she gives my sis the preferential treatment because of her realtionship with her sister? Can you have Ovarian Hyper-stimulation Syndrome if you don't take fertility drugs? Ruptured ovarian cyst?

I went to ER w/severe LLQ pain which then moved to all over abdomen. U/S & CT showed enlarged left ovary w/multiple cysts up to 2.7cm & 4.5cm. No diverticulosis (which was a ??). Nausea was from pain, no vomiting or D. No fever. WBC 13. Today, belly is very tender, bloated, slightly spasmotic like it was but much less. Pain has improved but is not gone. I ate food today and that didn't affect pain. Previously, I had hysterectomy and Rt. ovary removed. I'm wondering what the chances are that it is/was a ruptured cyst...and if so, what the possibilities are of those other pesky cysts rupturing. Can you have OVARIAN HYPERSTIMULATION if you are not taking fertility drugs? I'm 43 and have had ovarian cysts in the past that were not this painful...and didn't rupture. I had no other symptoms until the pain hit yesterday. It was worse than labor. I'm worried about it happening again (and it hasn't gone away yet). Thanks in advance for your thoughts...

Why am I having all these weird health issues?

About 80% of the pockets in my golf bag are filled with ....and I didn't pay a cent for any one of them. Pro V1s are $50+ for a dozen, so the Nikes and the Callaways would be a little cheaper, I would imagine, but still too much. Instead, I work at a course as a marshal and "liberate" whatever I would find in the deep rough and use them. And yes, I do come across Pro V1s, Nikes, and Callaways....not a big fan of Callaways for approach shots though, but great for distance.

My iPod got zapped by a lightning globe! Help!?

I have a lightning globe in my room, and it happened to be turned on when I decided to stand in front of it while listening to my iPod Nano. My iPod touched the lightning globe and now it has no heat detection.
