What could they have found?

I called my doc's office for a follow up for my sperm test count from my recent vasectomy. The receptionist said the doc will have to call me tomorrow with the results. Normally, the receptionist would give me my results *if nothing was wrong*. I am getting worried. What else could have been found during this test? Cancer?
