My Shar Pei has a strong smell is that normal?

My shar pei puppy is only 3 months old and she gets a really strong even after I bathe her it is still strong at first I tought it was because she likes beeing outside alot but I have kept her inside and it she still smells Is this normal for them, she is my first shar pei and I am a little worried.
