What's a good way to lose weight?

ok, i can help you. first off to start you off, remember that how much you weigh has nothing to do with looking good, its all about being honest with yourself when looking in the mirror. second to remember, there is no miracle way to lose weight, and going vegetarian will not help!!!!! alright soo you wanna loose weight, i know this is the clic answer, but you need to diet and exercise. about diet, do not go on "a diet", diet is what you eat everyday, your gonna change to a healthy diet. you need to count calories, only consume about 1000 at most every day, and the food you eat need to be LOW fat or NO fat food. DO NOT CUT CARBS!!! YOU NEED THEM FOR EXERCISE!!!! so for diet, 1000 calories a day, LOW fat, NO fat. Also do not consume liquid calories, only drink water and zero calorie drinks. And drink LOTS of water, LOTS, your pee needs to be clear everyday!. so that your diet plan. now for exercise, you need to be exercising for at least 60 minutes a day. do cardio, i recommend running. run as much as you can to start, even if its only one mile or less. and keep running, once you lose the weight you need to keep it off. remember being healthy is about lifestyle. so just become a runner, you'll be running 4 miles before you know it :) .exercise is essential, also try other cardio for a change, biking, swimming etc etc... so ok in a nut shell...healthy diet:1000 calories, cut fat, only drink water, exericise: 60 minutes of cardio EVERY day. just keep it up! you will lose it if you work hard :)
