Why is Emmitt going off on Snyder ?

The Cowboys in Emmitt's day had money, but they weren't BUILT with money. Aikman, Irvin, Emmitt, that entire O-Line (Gogan, Newton, Tuinei, Stepnoski, Williams and Allen), and most of the defense were all drafted and developed by the Cowboys organization. Snyder historically has simply thrown money around without really watching where it lands; bringing in a washed-up Deion Sanders, hiring a wildly in-over- his- head Steve Spurrier, and as recently as last season overpaying for Albert Haynesworth. Sure, Jerry Jones can be a clown sometimes, but he's a clown with three championship banners to hang in his shiny new stadium. What does Snyder have besides a checkbook?
